Review summary

Based on recent reviews

Susesi Luxury Resort is praised for its spacious and clean rooms, often adorned with towel swans and flowers. Guests enjoy the variety and quality of food, particularly at the Turkish and steak house restaurants, though some have noted a desire for more a la carte options included in the all-inclusive package. The resort boasts multiple pools, including indoor options and a water park, plus easy access to Belek center with a short taxi ride, making it a good value for money. The hand crafted pastries are exceptionally delicious and the Chinese feast at Cassia is another favourite.

decent rooms BUT underwhelming food

poor dessert selection bad meal

the rooms were a great size and was clean enough.

this WAS my sixth time IN turkey, AND the food was THE worst. there WERE a lot of boiled options and the quality generally wasnt great, with LITTLE cut fruit. Dining outside felt repressive. Plus we received INCORRECT information about the A la carte restaurants, ruining our last night. the hotel OFFERED no real solution.

Really good Service and Amenities

friendly staff great pool relaxing trip

The guest relations team provided a great welcome. Semina was always friendly.. very funny, understanding, and knowledgeable. She is a credit to the team. The pool and beach area were great places to spend time. I recommend this place and plan a return trip.

The main restaurant was sometimes an unpleasant experience. It was impossible to get a clean table unless arriving right as it opened.

Facilities

9/10

The pools across the hotel are perfect. Guests can swim, sunbathe, relax or engage in activities. Endless drinks are available at any bar across the hotel.

Dining

9/10

The hotel offers a vast variety of delicious food to choose from. Different cuisines make your mouth water. Branded drinks had great quality. The cake shop on site was also excellent.

Location

9/10

The hotel was well positioned. It has a reasonable transfer time. The beach bar is a bonus. It features a lovely jetty for walks. It is close to local attractions.
